本人（或監護人）同意參加「TICF26 台北國際合唱音樂營」期間主辦單位拍攝並進行必要的編輯修改含有本人肖像之影音作品（包含照片及動態影像），作為宣傳、推廣、活動紀錄與保存之使用（包括但不限於官方網站、社群媒體、印刷品及新聞稿等），惟不得用於商業販售或其他違反法律之用途。 I (or my guardian) consent to the organizers of the TICF26 Committee capturing and making necessary edits to photos and videos containing my likeness during the event. These materials may be used for purposes such as promotion, publicity, event documentation, and preservation (including but not limited to official websites, social media, printed materials, and press releases). However, they shall not be used for commercial sales or any other purposes that violate the law.
